At Vibrant Yarn Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

1. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

You received a wrong product or incorrect color/item.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging wherever applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

Yarn that has been opened, used, cut, wound, or altered.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Products without their original packaging, where applicable.
Products purchased as part of a final-sale or non-returnable promotion.

Please check the yarn color, type, quantity, and product details carefully before opening or using the yarn.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Share your order number.
Provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

4. Refunds

Once your return/refund request is approved:

The eligible refund amount will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

6. Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased under special offers, discounts, combo deals, or promotional campaigns may have specific return or refund conditions. Please check the offer terms before placing your order.

7. Exchange

Where applicable, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund as applicable.

8. Important Note About Yarn Colors

Yarn colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography conditions. Minor color variations are therefore not necessarily considered a product defect.
